Welcome to The Cockapoo Owners Club (UK)

The Cockapoo Owners Club was founded in November 2011 by Shirley Fearnley and Sarah Webb who decided to join forces to put together an informative and helpful website for those who own or are looking to own Cockapoos. The Club is run by owners for owners, is impartial, non-profit making and has the interest of Cockapoo welfare at it's heart.

Whilst focussing on Cockapoo's we have a section for other poodle crosses such as Cavapoos. Our website provides a wealth of informative articles on Cockapoo ownership, guidance on training, agility, cockapoo care, and a fun section too.

As part of our remit is to promote responsible and ethical breeding we feel impartiality is paramount. We therefore are not funded by any breeders, will not recommend breeders to people enquiring about puppies or promote breeders websites. We hope however, that our guides will help you in your own search for a Cockapoo puppy, and we welcome breeders as members. They are owners too, and provide valuable information on Cockapoos and their care.

We are the first cockapoo club to become "Cockapoo Advisors " for Dogs Today magazine, and we are happy to help with general enquiries into our club on all Cockapoo related matters.

We have a fully interactive Facebook group that is very popular and has a new members joining all the time. This runs alongside our main website and also provides lots of interactive chat and fun plus information.

Foster Homes Needed

We are pleased to announce the lanch of our new Agility section which has been created by a team of our members who do agility with their dogs.

We would also like to welcome to our team Diana Hoskins. Di will be a valuable part of the ever expanding Cockapoo Owners Club team and we welcome her contributions to the club.

We have a great new Caption contest for you this month! Dougals Den have kindly donated us some Poochie-Bells, a toilet training aid for dogs as a prize so a big thank you to them! We look forward to getting your entries!
